Never both. You choose one: every month, or once a year. Yearly is ten months' worth, so paying yearly gives you two months free — and the yearly price is not refunded if you stop early. There is nothing else to pay for the app: no setup fee.

Depth, not size. Starter is the order book: orders, calendar, customers, products and prices, the pre-filled WhatsApp message, a monthly export. Studio adds what makes it a business: ingredients and recipes, the cost price and real margin of every product, stock that moves by itself, batches, allergens. Business is for selling to other shops too: several users, trade customers with their own price lists, several points of sale, an accounting export, priority support, and the order page included. You can change level any month.

No. The app and the order page have none: you start with a free trial, and if you keep it, you pay by the month or by the year. The only one-time amounts are two things you can choose, not things you must buy: having us enter your catalogue for you, and a custom website built around your brand.

You pay the new level from the next month, nothing else — no setup, no catch-up. And you can move back down any month. The level you need shows itself in your own numbers after a month or two; there is no reason to guess it today. If a price ever changes, it changes for everyone, and you hear about it 60 days before — never on the invoice.

No. Marketing is a separate subscription, with a waiting list for now — and even then, the money that goes to Instagram or Google is yours. A domain name costs a few euros a year, paid directly to the registrar, in your name.

The app: today. What takes time is entering your catalogue — an afternoon for a small card, longer for a big one. If you would rather not, we enter it for you from what you send, once. The order page is generated from your catalogue: as soon as your products are in, I show it to you, and you decide whether to put it live.

For the app, nothing: you enter your products yourself, at your own pace. If you would rather we entered them for you: your product list with prices — a photo of a list is fine; one to three photos per product; where you deliver and what you charge; your days, hours and time zone; the WhatsApp number that should receive orders; your currency; and your logo if you have one.

The whole level you choose, for 30 days, with no card and nothing to install. At the end, you subscribe or you leave — and if you leave, you export your data first. Nothing is hidden behind the trial.

You will never touch code, hosting or settings. You get an app on your phone with your products, your orders and your numbers. Everything underneath is our job.

No. Your customers need nothing new: they open your order page in their browser, choose, and the order opens in their WhatsApp, ready to send. The private app is for you only.

No, on purpose. Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp and you get paid the way you already do — bank transfer, cash on delivery, your local payment app. No card gateway means no commission on every order, no chargebacks, no account to be approved for, and it works in every country.

No. If your customers use WhatsApp, it works. There is no payment integration and no marketplace approval, so there is nothing country-specific to block you. You set your currency and your time zone in the app.

The app is in English and French today. Your order page comes in one language — you tell me which. Two languages on one page is not part of the offer: if you need it, say so on the call and we will look at it as custom work.

You cancel and the billing stops. Everything stays online until the end of the period you paid for, your export goes out before anything is switched off, and your domain and accounts are already in your name.

Nobody but you. Your data is separated from every other business on the system by the database's own security rules — enforced by the database itself — and we test that separation on every release. We never use a client's real data for anything, not even a demo.
