The subscription
Monthly or yearly, never both. It starts after your free trial, never before.
Yearly
Ten months for the year — two free. Not refunded if you stop early; everything keeps running until the end of the year you paid for.
After you stop
Your account stays open in read-only for 90 days — export everything, in one tap — then it is deleted, with a reminder before. Come back within those days and you pick up where you left off.
One-time amounts
Only two, and both optional: having us enter your catalogue, and the custom website.
Tax
All prices in EUR, excluding tax. Any tax that applies in your country is added on the invoice.

A domain name
A few euros a year, paid directly to the registrar, in your name. I set it up for you.

Questions about money
Is it the monthly price a month or the yearly price a year — do I pay both?
Never both. You choose one: every month, or once a year. Yearly is ten months' worth, so paying yearly gives you two months free — and the yearly price is not refunded if you stop early. There is nothing else to pay for the app: no setup fee.
What is the difference between the three levels?
Depth, not size. Starter is the order book: orders, calendar, customers, products and prices, the pre-filled WhatsApp message, a monthly export. Studio adds what makes it a business: ingredients and recipes, the cost price and real margin of every product, stock that moves by itself, batches, allergens. Business is for selling to other shops too: several users, trade customers with their own price lists, several points of sale, an accounting export, priority support, and the order page included. You can change level any month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The app and the order page have none: you start with a free trial, and if you keep it, you pay by the month or by the year. The only one-time amounts are two things you can choose, not things you must buy: having us enter your catalogue for you, and a custom website built around your brand.
Do I pay more when I move up a level?
You pay the new level from the next month, nothing else — no setup, no catch-up. And you can move back down any month. The level you need shows itself in your own numbers after a month or two; there is no reason to guess it today. If a price ever changes, it changes for everyone, and you hear about it 60 days before — never on the invoice.
Is my advertising budget included?
